Davis Family Disney Cruise

(see vacation book for more pictures)

This was an amazing memory. I'm hoping I kept a good journal about this trip. It was the perfect trip for a big family with lots of little kids. 12 Adults & 10 kids, 8 years and younger (4 of them were 3 years old). We hoped the adult to child ratio would lean in our favor and most of this time it did!
We got ourselves to the cruise ship and after that it was covered by momma Davis! We felt so blessed! A disney cruise is the only way to go with kids. Everything about the entire trip was centered around the kids which was perfect! We enjoyed every bit of it!!

Miles did have a little bit of a cold a couple days into the cruise and we got very worried about his breathing. I was really upset at myself that I chose to leave his nebulizer home. We tried to see a Doctor on the ship, but after failing to figure how to find them, we ended up self treating him and he turned out to be just fine. We did go through an entire bottle of advil and tylenol though just trying to control the fevers. Luckily it didn't slow him down much during the day and we were able to still enjoy the trip.

We sailed the first week of January. It was a little cool and cloudy for most of the 7 days on the ship, but the final day at Disney's private island (pictured above) the sun came out and we soaked up the sun and ocean as much as we could!

Can't wait for the next trip. The Davis family will probably have doubled in size by then. Yahoo! Bring on the fun!!
